提要　蛋白质溶液被加热到一定温度时, 溶液的散光特性急剧增强, 根据溶液的光散射信号强度, 可以精确地检测溶液蛋白质含量。本文研究了不同种类的蛋白质溶液的激光散射信号与其蛋白质含量的关系, 为实际应用提供了实验依据。

Abstract　P ro tein s coagu late w hen p ro tein so lu t ion is heated. W hen a laser is directed at the protein so lu t ion that has been heated to 95 C, the coagu lated p ro tein s diffu se the laser in ten sively.The amoun t of p ro tein in the so lu t ion can be calcu lated quan t itat ively acco rding to the data f rom the degree of laser diffu sion. The linear evolutions of diffu sion signals of various protein solutions with the increase of p ro tein con ten t in so lu t ion are repo rted.
